Our roofing slates are selected for their quality, colour, condition and size by our team of slate reclamation experts. We carry out the slate salvage process ourselves ensuring that the slates are sympathetically removed without any risk of damage.

Our sister company Wilsons Conservation Homes Ltd use our slates exclusively on their high specification properties, so we can honestly say that we would not sell our customers slates that we wouldn’t use ourselves.

An extensive list of clients include The National Trust, Dublin City Trust, Dublin City Corporation and Belfast City Council to name but a few.

We can deliver anywhere to Ireland within 48 hours and can offer a truck-mounted crane service for easy off-loading on site. We can offer shipping to anywhere else upon request.

Types of Slate

Bangor Blue

Famous throughout the world, the Welsh Bangor Blue slates “roofed the world” during the industrial revolution. These slates were quarried from the many slate mines in North Wales.

Welsh Grey

Like their Blue brothers Welsh Grey slates were an equally popular roofing slate during the Industrial Revolution. But they were equally important as writing slates in the school houses of the period.
